We meet at your home, look at the space, talk through how you want to use it, and take measurements. Bring your ideas — or start with the Deck Designer.
We lay out the size, stairs, landings and railing, and show you the deck in 3D with the actual products and colors you're choosing.
You get a written proposal spelling out the size, the exact decking, fascia and railing products, and what's included, so you're comparing apples to apples.
A deposit locks in your build date and lets us order materials.
Footings, 2×12 framing to the 2021 IRC, then decking, fascia, stairs and railing. We keep the site clean and keep you updated.
We walk the finished deck with you, go over care and warranty information, and make sure every detail is right.
